I am not really sure what to say here, but I am basically a relaxed guy that likes to have fun when I can. I play badminton as much as I can. I was an assistant coach at a local college for the women's badminton team 2 years ago and last year there was a men's team so I got to actually play competetively. I still play in tournaments when I can. I love to go snowboarding and am always willing to drive up to the mountains for a day romp. I also like going to movies and going out to dinner.
I went to Korea in October 2006 and I had so much fun. I visited a friend that teaches english in Gyeongju and I got to see Seoul too. I am thinking about teaching english over there. I already have a job offer by my friends old boss. =) I fell in love with the Korean culture and the language a while ago and I am so glad that I did. The people are so nice, the food is great and I love the culture in general. I am learning to speak Korean, well at least trying to. I have been watching some of the Korean dramas on tv and they are quite addicting. I like watching them, plus it helps immerse me in the language so I can learn it faster. My trip helped a lot too. =)
My Ideal Person:
I am interested in meeting a woman that I can hang out with, have fun with and go out to restaurants with. As corny as this sounds, I am not looking for dating games or any of the mess, I want something long term. I love Korean food, my favorites are bulgogi, galbi, kimchi jigae, etc. and I want to try more. I started to get into it when I lived up in the SF bay area and now that I am in San Diego, I have no one to go with. I want to meet a woman that I can become good friends with, and if we click, then maybe more. I want to take it slow and get to know you first. Friends can become the best lovers and spouses.
