Eric works and attends college in St. Charles, Missouri,
and is moving there in September. We couldn't stand to only

making plans to move to St. Charles, so Eric and I could be
together all the time! I have never seen or known a couple
more in love, perfect together and/or inseparable like
Eric and I are. I look 70 years down the road and see us sitting
in rocking chairs on the front porch, still in love, still
laughing and having fun together. We began our wonderful
relationship on July 15th, 2000, and on August 7th, 2000,
Eric asked me to marry him! We will be married on July 14th,
2001. When we wake up on July 15th, 2001, we will celebrate
not only our one-year anniversary of our first meeting
and of being together, but the first day of our new life together!

Last week....June 2000....we took a trip to Niagara Falls and had a great time! It's the first time we'd ever gone away by ourselves (without family or friends). He took me to the Skylon Tower in Niagara
Falls for dinner at 8:30. The sky was so beautiful. We got there in time to see the rainbow still on the falls, the sunset and the lights on the falls.
After dinner, we went upstairs to the observation deck and walked around for awhile. And not too long after that we stopped. At that point he asked me to marry him and of course I said yes! That will be a night I never forget as long as I live. We are planning our wedding for next summer 2001.
To all of those who are skeptical...it's ok, but I am not anymore. If it hadn't been for a friend suggesting friendfinder, I never would have met Larry, the most wonderful man in my life. Now I suppose it would be fair enough to admit that I was wrong and that, on the contrary, this is one of the coolest sites on the whole net. When I joined the FF I never thought that it would give me the opportunity of meeting one of the worthiest persons I have ever met. In the beginning we just exchanged mails but, as time went by, we started to move into a more personal field until I couldn’t wait any longer to meet him in person. Therefore I decided to take a plane and cross the Atlantic Ocean and what I found there was a fascinating amazing discovery: a latino trapped in a Swedish skin.
Even if I don’t know yet what will happen in the future between us (if it was for me I would marry him straight away), I will never forget the emotion that both of us felt when we finally met at the airport: he was trembling with excitement and I was the happiest woman on Earth. And the days that followed that moment will for sure remain in my mind forever as one of my best 10 memories!

Jon admits he had only gone there a couple of times but as for me, I was a frequent visitor. I love to go into a room and talk to people. I have made some wonderful friends there. Anyway, Jon and I started talking about art. He had seen me talking with someone else and I had said I was an art teacher. Well, Jon is a painter. We struck up a conversation and the rest is well, more like a novella than a story. Since our first chat, Jon has visited me in Ohio, and I am actually
writing this from Jon's hometown in California. We have since spent countless hours together. If we hadn't met on Friend Finder, we may never have ever gotten the chance to meet at all. We consider our meeting to be one of the best things to have ever happened to us. And, who knows? I am coming back to California in June, and we will be making a stop in Vegas. And there are those cute little marriage chapels there...Best thing is, Jon's and my story will continue,
hopefully, forever.

I recieved a response from a man who seemed nice and I responded. He and I are now talking of spending our lives together and he has made all the difference in my life. It is truly amazing. I thought I was happy until I found Dan.

I had pretty much just decided that making my kids lives as pleasant as possible was going to be the only highlight for the rest of my life, when I received a message from coloblonde. We wrote back and forth for awhile and finally got around to chatting online. Major internet/keyboard time. We hit it off from the very start. The more we chatted, the more we found we had in common. A short time later we exchanged phone numbers, and let me just say this, I feel sorry for anyone who has phone bills as large as ours. A few weeks later, I had a business trip scheduled in the city she worked in and we decided to go out for lunch. It was electric!!! Amazing!!! I was saying "Oh my God", as she was thanking him. Love at first sight and all of that other good stuff. I can't even begin to describe how well things went. Even the people at the restaurant could sense something wonderful was happening, and it seemed they were ALL smiling at us. We progressed from there, went out a few times, slowly integrated our kids into the picture. Everything has gone as perfect as anyone could hope for, to the point we will be getting married in July of this year. Our many thanks to Friend Finder, for giving us a way to meet and develop the relationship we have.
