Foreigners who speak Korean and live in Korea have a totally different experience than those foreigners who don't speak Korean. Knowing the language of the country you are in is just a courtesy to the natives of that country. It shows that you care enough about their culture and language to study for many hours a day and many months & years just to learn about their country. The main reason why Koreans don't like foreigners is because most foreigners don't speak Korean and don't know anything about Korea. Therefore, Koreans obviously don't understand why those foreigners even bothered to come to Korea.

2. For the foreigners who don't speak Korean, I would like for you to talk about your experiences in Korea and how not knowing Korean put you at an advantage or disadvantage.
