I'm not sure about everyone... but I personally don't like to judge ppl from what I hear. I'm more of "show me what you're about" person. Here's some of the ways I think most ppl judge... What's you're method... if any..
JUDGE: 1. from what you hear from others. 2. from the way a person looks. 3. from what you see in their actions. 4. from their past. 5. from your gut. 6. from their personality. 7. from your own interaction with the person. 8. from their education level. 9. from their beliefs.
or ... does it even matter.. why judge ppl.. when you dont like to be judged yourself??..
