    <description>I like to start a diet plan with other members on this site, men and women, and some of you who look like models can always put your two cents in. Keeping tract of goals and daily eating and workout habits should help us reach our goals. I like for us to keep each other accountable and encourage each other so that we can make the body that we desire. I believe that if we want change in your body then we will have to change our habits and life style. Lets all do it together. You will feel better and look better and save money on food and health care. =)Just add your comments and when you want to start you can add your goals and your plan to achive that goal. Everyone can help and suggest the best way to get there. Then we just got follow the plan and do it. We will start soon. =) I actually started.
