going well

I have been working out regularly, however, I find that my body needs more time for recovery, and so I try to limit the time and the exercise I do. But things are getting better, I have been working out 5to6 days a week trading off on a 3 day split,8 to 12 reps,. 1-push, 2-pull, 3 rest and do stomach and calves much as I can.
Today is my other day. I am back and forth on 178lbs to 180lbs at this point, but the metabolism has speed up. I need to be at about 170lbs and then strick form and possibly yogo for flexability.
I am reading up on work out books and mag. for motivation and correct forms.
i am trying to do more beach vollyball adn hiking for cardio to increase metabolism. And because the antibiotic I am taking for my teeth, I have not been drinking. That hs help out a lot but my life is boring, seems like I am living at the gym at thsi point. Adn going to Aroma, where they make it easyer to workout, gives you work out close and has a sauna for afterwards. I do need to take my work out to the next level in the next few weeks to accomplish my goal.

set of natulaus heavy 280/12x,310/8x, 310/6x
Incline bench barbell 145lb/10,8,6
incline dumbell 35lb/ 10,10,8
Triceps tricep extention 75lb/10,10,10 tricep push down 70lb,80lb,70lb,60lb,50..20lb burn out
Stomach Let rasies ont eh dip bars 10lb/10,15lb 7x,7x,10lb/10x,10x natuleus 3 sets of burn out heavy bicy on the matt and leg raise and some crucnches
Legs 4set of squats at 145lb/10x
Calves 4 sets of calve rases at moderate weight.
I t fealt prety good.
I am going to look up some old books and use that as a guide to make sure my work outs are more even.
I tend to do a 3 day split and try to add cardio as much as i can by hiking, running , and playing volleyball at the beach.

Diet when exercising

You have to lower the daily caloric intake and raise the calories burned by exercise or through higher metabolism to lose weight. To have a healthy out come I am assuming that everyone is going to do both exercise and eat right. My whole diet plan consists of eating 3 meals and few protein shakes or snacks through out the day. The big rule is not to eat more than certain number of bites per sitting. I chose 6 at this time. You can set the amount of bites according to your situation. I generally do not crave sugar, soda, or junk food, coffee. I think it best to replace all junk food with fruits or vegetables.
Breakfast: I generally have a protein shake mix in water before breakfast, walk the dog, and have cereal in orange juice. This might take a little getting use to but it’s good and not too heavy.
Lunch: Have a sandwich, either prepared or from the cafeteria with water. Less then 6 bites.
For Dinner: I have whatever; pasta, chicken, Korean food, ect., but just less then 6 bites and stop. If I am really hungry I will have some snack before sleeping, maybe fruits, chase, ice cream, or some left over.
On the weekend I may cheat but I can add more exercise time.

I have no idea who the xell is xxxing around over there, but I am sick of having to call the customer support to try to reboot my profile for the 3rd time. This is taking more than an hour of my time today and several days of my profile being off line. I don't know if your time is important to you, however, I do not appreciate you wasting my precious time, I could be looking for a mate. If there is a problem with the profile state what the fuck the problem is. Do not say these can be one of the problems and list 8 different subjects. And make me waste my and your time trying to figure it. I have had 3 customer support people tell me it was fine and re boot it so far. Why is it or who is denying my profile and for what reason. I know I have read similar complaints from other blogers and I have no idea why you guys have not fix the problem by now. FIX THE XXXEN SXXX AND STOP WASTING MY TIME. If you need to contact me for comment or anything else you can call me at 310-xxx-xxxx. Or better yet why don't you give me the number for the person responsible and I will waste his/her time and see how much they like it. A ONE MORE THING WHEN LAST I SPOKE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON, HER OFFER TO ADD A DAY TO MY MEMBERSHIP. ARE YOU GUYS CRAZY OVER THERE? You think a day is gong to make up for my time? Just get the thing fixed and stop wasting my time and let me enjoy the site.

Lets diet and exercise togethe

I like to start a diet plan with other members on this site, men and women, and some of you who look like models can always put your two cents in. Keeping tract of goals and daily eating and workout habits should help us reach our goals. I like for us to keep each other accountable and encourage each other so that we can make the body that we desire. I believe that if we want change in your body then we will have to change our habits and life style. Lets all do it together. You will feel better and look better and save money on food and health care. =) Just add your comments and when you want to start you can add your goals and your plan to achive that goal. Everyone can help and suggest the best way to get there. Then we just got follow the plan and do it. We will start soon. =) I actually started. Maybe we can even post our pictures of our progress
