I took some product picture thats my friend source to propose for her new business. i will help her to do all graphic proposal stuff. i just think about the item value. i bought once as my staff birthday gift at 9, i saw this saling at shopping mall at 60 or more. i gave to her & ask her to guess the price, she is so happy to received the gift, she pricing its at about rm50. thats not much surprising me. i am dealing with some small business. from 9 up to 50. in between thats involve so many manpower & event & people will understand its. thats the life routine, a routine that keep the world & time move on. when you work you not only work to yourself, when you consume you not just have your own achievement. lot of people will get their meal when you spend a single cent [my staff alway complaint with me that not easy to close a deal with rich / business client. thats true, cause they know what going on to the zero they just try their luck for not spend a single cent more ] 0 Comments

CACTUS vs CATERPILLAR ....SO WHAT? Sep 5, 2007 10:19 pm 1160 Views A man who asked God for flower & butterfly. But instead God gave him a cactus & a catterpillar. The man was sad. After sometime, the man went to check up on both socall gift. Of course the story should ending telling you em..this thorny & ugly cactus a beautiful flower had grown, the unsightly caterpillar become a beautiful butterfly fly freely on the sky. Just funny, i think about this :- a - will you just leave it? or get mad with such wrong & mistaken? b - will you take its easy & accepts what its is? & care about its? c - can you see a cactus will bloom & caterpillar will become a butterfly? d - how patient you are to wait a cactus to bloom & caterpillar to become a butterfly? e - Why not this...em... the blooming flower doesn't smell good although is nice looking, & this ..em... the caterpillar become a ugly moth? f - how about this ...em...if the cactus or caterpillar die at the half way? & you can ever get the message from this both special gift? g - how both this make sense to my life? THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE - a bit religion & bit of believe God always does things right. His way is always the best way, even if to us it seems all wrong. what would you REAP for life :) Aug 20, 2007 12:32 am 1075 Views I read this today A successful business man was growing old and knew it was time to choose a successor to take over the business. Instead of choosing one of his directors or his children, he decided to do something different. He called all the young executives in his company together. He said, "It is time for me to step down and choose the next CEO.I have decided to choose one of you. "The young executives were shocked, but the boss continued. "I am going to give each one of you a SEED today - one very special SEED. I want you to plant the seed, water it,and come back here one year from today with what you have grown from the seed I have given you. I will then judge the plants that you bring, and the one I choose will be the next CEO". One man, named Jim, was there that day and he, like the others,received a seed. He went home and excitedly, told his wife the story. She helped him get a pot, soil and compost and he planted the seed. Everyday, he would water it and watch to see if it had grown. After about three weeks, some of the other executives began to talk about their seeds and the plants that were beginning to grow. Jim kept checking his seed, but nothing ever grew. Three weeks, four weeks, five weeks went by,still nothing. By now, others were talking about their plants, but Jim didn't have a plant and he felt like a failure. Six months went by--still nothing in Jim's pot. He just knew he had killed his seed. Everyone else had trees and tall plants, but he had nothing. Jim didn't say anything to his colleagues, however. He just kept watering and fertilizing the soil - He so wanted the seed to grow. A year finally went by and all the young executives of the company brought their plants to the CEO for inspection. Jim told his wife that he wasn't going to take an empty pot. But she asked him to be honest about what happened. Jim felt sick at his stomach,it was going to be the most embarrassing moment of his life, but he knew his wife was right. He took his empty pot to the board room. When Jim arrived, he was amazed at the variety of plants grown by the other executives. They were beautiful—in all shapes and sizes. Jim put his empty pot on the floor and many of his colleagues laughed, a few felt sorry for him! When the CEO arrived, he surveyed the room and greeted his young executives. Jim just tried to hide in the back. "My, what great plants, trees, and flowers you have grown," said the CEO."Today one of you will be appointed the next CEO!" All of a sudden, the CEO spotted Jim at the back of the room with his empty pot. He ordered the financial director to bring him to the front. Jim was terrified. He thought, "The CEO knows I'm a failure! Maybe he will have me fired!" When Jim got to the front, the CEO asked him what had happened to his seed - Jim told him the story. The CEO asked everyone to sit down except Jim. He looked at Jim, and then announced to the young executives, "Behold your next Chief Executive! His name is Jim!" Jim couldn't believe it. Jim couldn't even grow his seed. How could he be the new CEO the others said? Then the CEO said, "One year ago today, I gave everyone in this room a seed. I told you to take the seed, plant it, water it, and bring it back to me today. But I gave you all boiled seeds; they were dead - it was not possible for them to grow. All of you, except Jim, have brought me trees and plants and flowers. When you found that the seed would not grow, you substituted another seed for the one I gave you. Jim was the only one with the courage and honesty to bring me a pot with my seed in it. Therefore, he is the one who will be the new Chief Executive!" He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat. A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words. Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were u the one who changed my sign this morning? What did u write?" The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what u said but in a different way." What he had written was: "Today is a beautiful day & I cannot see it." Do u think the first sign & the second sign were saying the same thing? Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective? It will look as large as the full moon to the naked eye. This will culminate on Aug. 27 when Mars comes within 34.65M miles of earth. Be sure to watch the sky on Aug. 27 12:30 am. It will look like the earth has 2 moons. The next time Mars may come this close is in 2287.
