yes, long distance relationships are just fine... no different than local ones for me. however, it is all relevant to the individual. Nonetheless, relationships are about two persons compromising, giving, nurturing, trusting and developing together into one. If you want it to work, it will and if not, suit urself. kimberly

What, pray tell, is a long distance relationship? The flashing of silicone boob reconstruction and the opening of the legs sharon stone style via internet photos? Lol...how many absences would it take before he/she is found 'growing fonder' of the NEXT wench posting Whorish pictures that are more revealling than yours? long distance relationship can really suck. especially if you just had a fight on the phone, and there is no way of going over to her place and confronting her in person. Make up sex has to wait days or even weeks. it sucks.

hi...i'm in one, i'm actually here in the east coast to visit my boyfriend and his family. yes it is hard especially not being able to see him everyday. it is harder when we do fight. but it is all worth it...i don't worry about our relationship because we fully trust and love each other. i agree with kimberlykim...if you work at it, it'll work; if you have doubts, then it will not. and with sweetpepe...no comment...

I have found that long distance relationships don't last if there wasn't a true solid relationship foundation to begin with. That solid start is a must.
