peatt 3/30/2008 8:17 am	With all respect to all women what is written`he`s always a woman` a woman really mar a man if loves her,honest with her,ready to do anything for her but to mar such a man...But it does not mean men hould not be in love with a woman he likes.Women are meant to be loved,respected,trusted but it is your wisdom or luck if whether his woman makes him or mars him.Vanity is the worst enemy especialy of women.Even some of the most educated,beautiful women destroy the life of the people around them because of shere vanity..Somewhere I feel I do not have command over my language and use crude English words I would appreciate if I am excused for that...peatt

NoniJuice4 4/1/2008 2:52 pm	On another note, The story behind the song is this: The lady in question was Elizabeth Small, and they first got together when she was still married to Joel's drummer Jon Small. Billy Joel was so tormented by his affair that he tried to kill himself by drinking furniture polish. Ironically, the rocker was saved by the very man he was betraying when Jon Small rushed him to hospital. The pair later married. Due to the story behind it. I think it means exactly what it says. Some people think it's about addiction. I believe it's simply about a woman who does anything and everything to get what she wants disregarding people's feelings. She's selfish and cruel but she's still a woman to him. Yet, today, this song simply means accepting the flaws and her uniqueness and amidst all the bad and good shell always be loved by him..his only woman... Much Love and Respect...
