I go to the gym a couple of times for cardio classes like step, high & low, and cycling. Also use some weights and abd & back machines. Would love to bike and hike, but this city of hell full of traffic and smog is not a suitable place for it.

i can't really jog for a long time bc of a past knee injury. i go to the gym for the ski-eclipical machine.
cardio...then some light weights...

As I hear it, the Old Stone was pretty serious when he said that regular _ _ _ is what keeps him in shape! I tend to think it might also be the fact that he takes/took lots of drugs and smokes...but hey!

I will go first.
I chose swimming and running, cause that's what i do. I like to think that I complete a triathlon without the biking stage about once every couple of months!! kk
