So, now that, 2009 is working it's way across the Globe, let's recapitulate 08 month by month. JANUARY 1. Where did you spend New Years Eve 07 ? With myself at home + good food + wine 2. Did you keep new year's resolution this year? I don't wait the end of the year to take resolutions... 3. Have you ever been to Times Square to watch the ball drop? Nope, what's the point to watch a big ball dropping?!?! FEBRUARY 1. Who was your Valentine? you're funny... 2. When you were little, did you buy valentine cards for all of your classmates? Yes, of course. 3. Do you care if the groundhog sees its shadow or not? Huh? what are you talking about??? MARCH 1. Are you Irish? I'm a little bit country. 2. Did you wear green on St. Patty's Day? Not my stuff... 3. What did you do for St. Patty's Day in 2008? Contently forgot about it, i was already drunk. 4. Are you happy when winter is pretty much over? Let say yes... but skiing is total bliss. APRIL 1. Do you like the rain? I am only happy when it rains. 2. Did you play an April Fools joke on anyone this year? I forget about April Fool's day until about June, and my pranks aren't appreciated then. 3. Do you get tons of candy on Easter? Of course, i'm a candy Man... 4. Do you celebrate 4/20? I celebrate Michael Bolton's entire collection. 5. Do you like the month of April? I like the mouth of April. JUNE 1. Did you finish high school yet? Of course... 2. Did you realize nothing special happens in June? Father's Day? Flag Day, the Summer Solstice, The D-Day???... what lazy jackass wrote this? 3. 6am on June 6... ? I have sympathy for the devil. Truly. JULY 1. What did you do on the Fourth of July? Ate Chinese food. 2. Did you go on any vacations during this month? Mental vacation -- year-round. 3. Do you blast the A/C all day? No AUGUST 1. Did you do anything special at the end of your summer? I killed a wombat. 2. What was your favorite summer memory of '08? It was unevenfull as always 3. Did you have a sunburn? A little, once. 4. Do you go to the beach a lot? Never, although I'd like to. SEPTEMBER 1. Start of the Academic year... what is September's birthstone? I have no idea... Aster is the flower for Sept. though. 2. Who is/was your favorite teacher? Mlle Lamblin, when i was 6/8 years old. 3. Do you like fall better than summer? Yes, i dislike 100+ degrees summer days. OCTOBER 1. October was a boring month, isn'it? Usually it is, except this year, AC/DC released a new album. 2. What's your favorite candy? M&M's 3.What did you do for Halloween? Hide NOVEMBER 1. Where you ready for the Holydays seasons? Nope. 2. Did you vote this year? sadly, no. 3. How was Thanksgiving? I sure did ate plenty of stuffed turkey... 4. Were you one of those crazy "black friday" shopper? Not my 'thing'. DECEMBER 1. Where did you spend your Christmas? Like in 07, with myself. 2. Did you learn something in 2008? Yup, 08 was declared "International year of the Potato" by the UN. 3. BTW, Chinese new-year -09- is the year of...? i think Ox. 4. Get anything special this year? The Year of 2008: JANUARY 1. Spent the New Year's eve at work which I did not mind because of the extra holiday pay. 2. I kept part of the new year's resolutions: Got A's for school grades, went back to the gym, got back in shape, and lost some weight. The part of the resolution I did not keep was stop buying clothes.... will stop this year of 2009. 3. I've been to Times Square during Xmas, not for the ball dropping. FEBRUARY 1. I don't remember who was my Valentine if there was one  2. No, I did not buy Valentine's card for all my classmates. I waited for cute boys to buy me one. 3. Does the groundhog see his shadow? Do you care? MARCH 1. Am I irish? Do I look like one? 2. I actually did wear green on St.Patrick's day for fun. 3. Nothing special... just wore green... I mean, isn't that special enough? 4. It's still cold during March (still winter)... okay, maybe not so cold in Cali. APRIL 1. Yes, I like rain... especially the warm summer rain in Korea. 2. Playing April Fool's joke is for the kids, no? 3. Do I get tons of candy in easter? Don't we get colored eggs on easter? 4. What's there to celebrate on 4/20? MAY ??? Where are your questions for the month of May?? JUNE 1. I did finish High school (as far a I know) like centuries ago. Where did you get these questions from anyway? 2. Something special does and can happen in the month of June. My trip to Korea was in June and I loved the weather and everything. 3. Hahaha... I am not superstitious nor believe in the man-made devil. JULY 1. We used to watch the great fire works in Washington DC. 2. Yes, I did go on vacation to Oregon in the month of July the first time. 3. No, I did not blast A/C ... was not that hot. Maybe I can take the heat more than the cold. AUGUST 1. I finished up one of the toughest courses on the same day as my birthday.  2. My favorite summer memory is always my birthday, I guess. No, I take that back. My favorite summer memory is no longer my birthday; however, the summer is my favorite season. 3. Yes, I did get a sunburn from the scorching hot sun at the country festival. There were bare-breasted ppl wearing only sarongs. 4. No, I did not go to the beach... went hiking up to a mountain with waterfalls. SEPTEMBER 1. Took a leave of absence for the fall semester. Needed the break badly. 2. My favorite teachers are often English or writing teachers. I think writers are the most admirable ppl. 3. I think autumn/fall has its own beauty as summer does. OCTOBER 1. The month of October tells me it's going to get cold and colder. 2. My favorite candy is SEE's dark chocolate almonds. Be right back, I just remembered I've saved some. 3. I'll always remember the Halloween party a few years ago... drank everything that was handed to me and almost got DUI. Dressing in a cheerleader's outfit was fun though. NOVEMBER 1. Was I ready for the holiday season? Well, it seems that ppl eat a lot during holidays, and yes, I figured many of us were going to over-eat. 2. Well, yes. Even the republicans knew it was going to be a democratic president. 3. My favorite part of the Turkey is the thighs (dark meat)... and corn stuffing with gravy. 4. Don't know what "black friday shopper" means. DECEMBER 1. I worked during Xmas... as mentioned earlier, we get a fat payment for working the holidays. 2. Did I learn something in 2008? Yes, I learn something each year... each day. 3. I do not know about Chinese new year except for the dragon dance in chinatown. I am on a cusp of Leo and Virgo. 4. Did I get anything special this year? My special gift is yet to come. Will be here very shortly... "wink" Have a Beautiful Year, Frenchy.
