Again... I have recently developed an inexplicable addiction to "charcuterie". I,ve always liked this type of food but at this moment, i can't seem to get enough of it. My supermarket's butcher is already falling in love with me as I visit him every other day. Starring fixedly at the products -many dry sausages, Parma's ham and french delicacies- i know that fresh bread and salty butter will be a perfect match... and enjoy "Finding Nemo" tonight on DisneyChannel.
