where does love go when it ends? "it ends up in the trash can..." one states... when you have loved and have involved yourself in that person, you become that person. that love that was once shared is a part of that person. it'll always be a part of that person, it'll always be a part of you. when you want to embrace it, you can't. it just better to hold onto the good memories and walk away without looking back. i don't believe in fate. the ex said it was fate that we met. what is it now since it is over? where does love go when it ends? |

DB! NO! Not the trash bin. I think it takes the form of hatred. Thats why they say that hatred is also a form of love sometimes even stronger than love itself. regards bt

I agree with Korn, love expands and contracts as needed. Additionally, I also believe you can love someone without necessarily liking them and of course vice verse. Lance

I agree with 1004 100%. Love never goes away. It is kept dormant for days, months, years...then a sniff of some cologne, a glance at some stranger, a feel of some fabric, a flash of color, etc...will remind you of that person. If the love was real and genuine, the person's physical non-existence in your life does not make the love go away. It is kept locked in the buried crevices of our hearts. It's been 12 years since I dated my first love...and I still think of him sometimes... I suppose some footprints are a heck of a lot deeper than others. Happy Thanksgiving!

DB Love never goes away...it is just pushed back behind the door we closed to try and forget that one who went away... But when the memory of that person comes back so does the love you felt for them. everyone that you have loved and/or hated has left footprints on your heart and soul. whether it be good or bad, it is there, always. I was told you meet ppl in your life for a reason whether it is good or bad, they are who help shape you into who you are today and who you will be tomorrow.

dear D where does love go? its really a good question, you make me think & think watching & watching, i close my eye, i think again, where its go? is the love buried in the memories? love for me i think its kind of feeling, feeling make you showingout lots of act to the one you love. when love gone feel nothing. some people will transform its to their pet, they will talk more with their pet or having a pet. i start to talk to my cute-soft toys sometime but not this time  i will ask alot of question to its, its always just smiling to me, leave silent. & yes thats the best answer. no answer.
