Can anyone help with a computer problem?

Does anyone know how I can fix this? It's the defrag and was working the day before the error message popped up: MMC cannot open file C:\windows\system32\dfrg.msc this may be because the file does not exsist, is not an MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC if you ain't been dancin' lately, don't blame your shoes
