i can't sleep...
too much things on my mind...

what is the best way to get rid of???????

You and me.. running around.. eating chicken 'til we pass out from full bellies and exhaustion.. Yepyep.. We can take Jules and Pete along for the run.. We can all fall out.. What fun huh!?! -_- I can't sleep either..

1)Count from 1 to 1000, just think of jumping carrot.
2)Drink some spirit and it will knock u out.
3)Eat some banana
4)Breath in and breath out, take a deep breath in and a long long breath out keeep on doing this u will surely be a sleep in a jiffy..
5)Get some1 to hit u some hard that u fainted til the next morning.
6)Massage your foot just foot 2 foot and u will sure can sleep very soon.
7)Run around the house about 20 round , u will be so tired u will sleep.
Meditate and say this word "I will be asleep very soon" Keep it up and u will black out..
9)Bang your head on the wall and make your-self drop asleep?
10)U can try 2 eat my shortz it has a sleeping sensation on it

I do make myself tired during a day with hard activity. And then take hot bath at night. Then Drinking a infusion ( a tea without caffeine that make relaxing, and make calm.)....
Well, If I can't sleep after all those things above, then I start to do like six says..

Of course that I don't know what bothers you right now. But I know when it's like that how much it is painful at night before get to sleep.
What I'm always trying to think is..." Whatever it is, I can't control and I can't get everything at once. So It's not a time for thinking right now. It's time for sleep. " ....That's always what I do when I have that sort of problem...

Hey Sabine,

Looks like you have some conventional and some not suggestions that can help...Good sex always puts me to sleep...

If good sex is not available, I would try han yak (Eastern herbal medicine). They could put things in there which are totally legal and good for your body. It worked for me once. If not ask what brainteaser69 puts in his pipe? LOL...Only kidding Sheen.

Sorry to hear that you have a lot in mind.
What I do when a similar situation presents is either dive into work or going to the gym and exercise. Try something that won'tgive your mind a chance to wander off. Something interesting or intense that takes your wind away. In the edn though, you have to deal with whatever the issues you are having.. After all, things above are just temporary quick fixes. Good luck!

First, you start to grab a "brainy guy" (cf Sheen) in the street, you invite him for dinner to eat chicken (cf Libbgirl) and while being totaly intoxicated (cf Free and Sixpack) you decide to have a good sex and smoking "time" with your partner (cf Axial), then after this intercourse you realize that changing sex could made the trick (cf Heliodorus), nevertheless before having a hot bath (cf Coucou) and after lying in your bed watching a drama (cf Mitu) while being massaged (Two2Tango)....

Hope following will put you into sleep.

Lying on the bed and find the position that can make my feel most comfortable. Fully relax your muscles.

Then count from 100 to 1, not 1 to 100. At the same time talking to yourself in your mind that 'I am sleepy now'..'I am sleepy now' and 'I am sleepy now' while counting the figure.

If you finish counting 100 to 1, start to counting 200 to 1.

Repeat the whole process till you finally get to sleep.

Please kindly inform if this will work for you.

Actually, forget normal entertainment. Find something like a documentary or something on the History or Discovery channels on a subject you are completely NOT interested in, get a comfy blanket and lie down on the sofa and let the monotonous dull subject lull you into a good sleep. Also, checking with your doc for some good meds can't hurt.

Guess you really need a good massage, if drinking of milk, wine or slow music couldn't get you to sleep...
Its the work stress that is keeping you awake, I guess so...
