first time is always hard! heck, i have been doing YOGA for number of years and it's still hard. have fun, that's the best! thanks for your encouragement as always... actually i "used" to yoga and pilates like 8years ago religiously but stopped somewhere... i guess it's been at least several years already... my goal is to concentrate!!! hey sab unni~~~~ i didn't know that you are into yoga! I used to do bikram's hot yoga... if you haven't tried it... try it! It's very hard but you feel soooo good after u done it...

hey sab unni~~~~ i didn't know that you are into yoga! I used to do bikram's hot yoga... if you haven't tried it... try it! It's very hard but you feel soooo good after u done it... yes, hopefully one of these days i will try bikram's yoga... why am i not surprised that you do yoga.. =) sabine unnie
