I forget whene we started, lost 20 or more lbs, today 168lbs, feels skinny and week, trying to work out, keep the weight.
I have to pull the other side of my siwdome teeth, and so much work. Hard to make time.
I think i should run more for the endurance.

I just wanted to add that, eat less and burne more calories, (working out, any kind), then you will lose the weight. Done it before, and I seen plenty of people do it if they stick with it. Think Mind over matter.

I remember when you started this... I wish I had been as dedicated as you are. I've only lost about 5 pounds. I keep eating and eating and eating. And I hate working out. Should do more, especially since I'm in the Army! Oh well.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!!! You've made a large improvement in such a short time. Thanks for being a good mentor, too!

Wow, what great encouragement you give to others
i hope i can lose 10 lbs this year will you help me i will do anything to do this with you.

my new years resolution was 10 lbs but unfortunately i need a little push. maybe we can run together??
