Recently,
I had conversation with friends, donsangs, women and men and we all came to the same conclusion on our own that " We do not feel as old or mature as we thought we would at our respective age."
I remember when I was in my 20s, thinking that guys in their 30s were really old, and that they should not be hanging around and doing the things I was doing, parting. NOw that I am 36, I know I am older then 20s, but some how or some reason I do not feel as old as I thought I would. Maybe it is particular to the fact that I am not married nor have kids.
These days man should be able to stay healthy and attractive till mid 50s if one takes care of himself. And I deffinately intend to do that. But the big question I have is this normal, it seems from some of the people I speak with, it is.

hahaha... I remember soooo many times in Korea being asked where my husband was. Did I have kids? Why wasn't I married? It was humorous at first, but then it got annoying.
I think it's okay to stay single. There is nothing wrong with it. And yes, you should be able to stay healthy and attractive... even past your 50s!!! As we grow older, we tend to think people in our age range are still attractive, right? So, I'm sure when we are 50 or 60, that we will grow to appreciate that look. 걱정하지마세요!

Beginning of my 35th, I once had blue highlights on my head! Is that too much?! I also felt 30's were old during my 20's. Now days, 30's are the prime time - the best, and I feel at my prime!! The blue highlight is gone, but keeping my nose-stud. LOL

You know.. sometimes i forget that i am 36.. soon to be 37. There is days i feel like i am in my early 20's. I like the fact i don't feel old, because i am not old. Old is reserved now for someone in their 60's, not 30's.

Today, I just had a BIG A$$ Cinnamon roll with lots of frosting on top and my very creamy coffee to go with it. I figured, if I'm consuming 2000 calories this morning, I'll go shopping and lose it in 4 hours at the mall. How's THAT for work out?
