My work outs are a bit slow but its going. My muscles are getting storng er and I can feel the weight now. With good concentration I should get to 3 plates in about 2 months or less. Other parts of my body, such as back,shoulders, trpas, Legs and stomach are getting stronger and more deffinition. The spin class is helpping a lot. I do need to run on my own some more to get down to 170 lbs, I do not want to get to skinny to fast. I am sorking out mostly with the two plates on my bench, and trying to get to 10 pull ups I am in the 5 range now. It seems that if I double up on, at least the bench dates, I feel more stronger, however, I am watching my joints.
