OK, not exactly turning for home but I'm visiting my home town Seoul next week in 3.5 years!!!
Am I excited? You bet I am but this time, it's a little different as I will have to do more than
just having fun. I will meet some folks and see if I can come up with any good business plan in Korea
and I may have to go on "suhn" for the first time in my life as my mom and sister want to set
me up. OK, I'm not taking this seriously but who knows? LOL And there's this gtg in Seoul although
I don't know how many people will actually show up but I will be more than happy to meet a few chatroom
regulars that I've known for a while and have some good samgyupsal. You know it feels really
good to be home. I can already feel it even though I'm not home yet but I'm sure I will miss
the states after a while. I guess I've gotten used to the life style over here but I know at some
point, I have to decide where to keep my feet on and that's why I want to figure out what I can do
in Korea on this trip. Man do I miss my family and friends! I really hope the weather will be gorgeous
while I stay there!

Sean,

Have a great trip; enjoy yourself. Hope the suhn goes well. If not, there's always Dietcoke to keep you here in the States!

Hey sean ~

Have a safe, fun, exciting trip to korea! I can't even imagine what seeing your family after so many years would be like - you must be psyched . I guess you'll get there in time for Mother's Day? Don't be surprised if your mom cries

Oh yeah, and come back to the US safely!

Ha ha, Sean,
Good luck on Suhn.
I didn't know ppl in Korea still practice that tradition.
Suhn is, it seems, a very good idea for someone in your situation who has come to another country/culture as a grown adult and seeking compatiable mate (preferrably from the same original country/culture).

Too bad that I cannot go to Korea in late June/July due to the rain season. Have fun in Korea (for me as well).
